Reservations and Deposits

a) If a reservation its made within 60 days of arrival, payment in full its required upon reserving.

b) If a reservation is made outside of this 60 days, 50% deposit is due at the time of reserving to confirm your reservation, and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

c) If a reservation is made at the last moment, a deposit of 50% required and balance due must be paid in cash on arrival.

All of our prices are considered in U. S dollars, at the daily exchange rate.

Cancellations

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by email to bambu@vialaktea.info. If a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed by La Via Laktea within two weeks and will be refunded via Paypal, or in the form a check on a bank in the United States sent by mail from Mexico. Paypal charges will be applied to the account of the recipient.

a) If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be returned in full.

b) Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 50% of the total deposit.

c) Cancellation less than 10 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of the total deposit.
